Physical tags
Unopened tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Customised tags are non-returnable unless defective.
Digital subscriptions
Pro subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days if unused.
Enterprise & metered billing
Enterprise invoices are corrected through credit/debit notes, not silent edits; contract and metered pricing follow the version in force at billing time. Disputed charges are reviewed case-by-case.

Email support@growleafy.in with your order reference; refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
