The rules of the road for GrowLeafy.
The service
GrowLeafy provides digital asset identity, connectivity, communication and service discovery. We are not an emergency authority, insurer or government service.
Your account
One person, one GrowLeafy identity. Keep your mobile verified and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the assets you register.
Identity usage
Identities are permanent: a physical QR/NFC can be replaced, but the digital identity stays with the asset. Identifiers are non-transferable without the ownership flow; revoked identities stop working immediately.
Business & API use
Enterprise access runs on scoped machine credentials with tenant isolation. You may not attempt to access another organization's data, evade rate limits or provisioning idempotency, or bill identifiers as assets.
Acceptable use
No fake reports, abuse, spam scanning, marketing without consent or misuse of emergency chains. Abusive users and partners are suspended.
Liability
GrowLeafy connects people and organizations; we do not guarantee partner performance or third-party services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
